+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #391433 +++

The cloned bug fixed master as there was a need to fix the feature.xml definition for M6 ... this bug is just to remind us to fix the maintenance stream as well. 

(R3_8_maintenance seems ok, but appears the .project file was "dropped" along the way, somehow.). 

The feature still "builds" ok ... the builds don't need a .project file and it is a little changing feature ... but ... a missing .project file causes it to "close" in workbench so searches will miss hits.
