Without spiriting turned on, RSE holds on to all DataElements for the lifecycle of the server connection.  This causes us to leak memory with every single command we sent to our miners.  With spiriting turned on, we will have to support it properly, cleaning up our DataElements at the proper time.

Applied to ptp_6_0 and master.
