High contrast mode failure

Just download and open Eclipse Juno SR2 RC1 and when my Windows XP box is running in High Contrast mode, the view names have white text over a very light background, which makes it basically unreadable.

Use classic mode for a partial workaround (see #410795). Tab names are still a problem.
