To create the platform repos, it looks like we need to add back the platform.sdk to the tychoeclipsebuilder

I've pushed the tychoeclipsebuilder/platform.sdk directory up, with a pom from the platform directory.  The platform.sdk/platform.product file needs to be modified to contain similar changes to the platform/platform.product file, and the platform.sdk/platform.p2.inf file needs to be examined.
