equinox.bundles.pom.update.patch

Manifest and pom versions are out of sync. Attached patch updates the pom versions to match what's in the manifest.

Looks like my repo was not fully up to date. I pulled in the latest changes and this patch was already included. Sorry for any inconvenience.
