Steps to reproduce:

- Open project properties > C/C++ General > Preprocessor Include Paths, Macros, etc.
- language settings providers are correctly selected for the "Default" configuration
- create a new Configuration using "Import predefined"
- [OK]
- Select the newly created Configuration
- The language settings providers are all disabled

- After project is closed and reopened the proper set will appear
