The Mylyn R4E connector introduces support in Mylyn Tasks view for R4E reviews.  However, all reviews are shown with the same icon.  We should use different icon depending on the review type (basic, informal, formal) as this is done in the R4E Review Navigator

Mylyn has been restructured, and our issue tracking has moved to GitHub [1].
