Situation:
- in the CSS Properties table, make sure that the first row (e.g. background) is selected
- scroll down to the bottom
- select the last row, e.g. visibility

The correct row get selected, but if the CSS Properties table is sized in such a way that you see less then 1/2 of the table rows, then the table scrolls one "page down" from the top and does not show the selected row.
