I started eclipse in High-DPI mode, as pointed out in 382972
Looks good so far. Although, what I realized, when I'm in the JDT perspective and I do some refactoring: Position the cursor at a variable, hit cmd+alt+r type a new variable name, hit enter. During the refactoring process, the UI is blurry. It is only a short time (during the refactoring) and I only can see the fonts turn blurry - as this is where my eyes are - though, might be more that isn't sharp and clear as normal.
