Description Silenio Quarti CLA 2012-11-07 12:17:20 EST
1) Run the Snippet1 on GTK3 (export SWT_GTK3=1)
2) Try to resize the window smaller

The window can only grow.

I think that the problem is in Shell.createHandle line 702

function: OS.gtk_widget_set_size_request (shellHandle, 0, 0); stopped working in GTK3

I've seen discussion on similar issue here:

https://mail.gnome.org/archives/gtk-devel-list/2012-September/msg00056.html

I am going to investigate more this issue.

For some reason the shell will not go smaller if its child size request is set. I have released a fix that seems to work fine. Still need more testing to confirm.

Fixed
