When the review navigator is now visible on the eclipse view, I should be able to define the default filters for R4E.
To test, I remove the R4E navigator view, open the R4e preference page. I cannont modify for example the "Show Disabled Elements", but I can modify "Show review only". I think the "Show Disabled Elements" should also be adjustable
