1) Run eclipse on GTK3 (export org.eclipse.swt.gtk3=1)

Note that the views tabs are taller than they should be. Happens on Fedora 17 and Ubuntu 12.04.

This is happening because computeSize() for the CTabFolder chevron tool bar is too big when the chevron is not visible. The chevron has no image or text until it is shown.   In this case, the toolbar is using the icon size to determine its preferred size which we set to GTK_ICON_SIZE_LARGE_TOOLBAR to fix bug#382812. Bug#382812 does not happen on GTK 3 so the fix is to set the icon size to GTK_ICON_SIZE_SMALL_TOOLBAR.
