Description George Voutsinas CLA 2003-06-25 19:09:58 EDT
A number of customers have requested the ability to launch the UpdateManager
from a command line interface. Development shops don't give authority to the
developers to update the installed image on the PC. As a result, IT folks go
around after hours to install updates.

The customer request is to provide a desktop short cut that would launch update
manager, check for updates, and install anything found.
