Description Rod Spencer 2012-10-31 14:32:02 EDT

I am using fresh download of both Eclipse for RCP and Java EE, and checked for updates.

Creation of "Hello World" RCP from wizard, (Or any other RCP for that matter) results in message below.  (Should not need to, but also) Cannot add as dependency as presumably the bundle(s) is (are) missing.

Same issue with "Eclipse IDE for Java EE Developers."  All IDEs are JUNO, with separate installations and separate work spaces.
