Build ID: Eclipse SDK 4.2.1 (Juno SR1)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Eclipse-SDK-linux-get-x86_32.tgz on Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS 64-bit
2. Launch, Help > Install New Software : eclipse.org/reases/juno
3. Install the Marketplae Client, and restart
--> After restart, the Intro page is partially obscured
--> See attached screenshot

I've seen this so it happens on windows as well. Apparently something is activating the Package Explorer view after the perspective stack is minimized (which causes it to 'pop out').

Tagging for a look in 4.2.2. I'll have to figure out how to repro in an debug session but perhaps just hacking on the preference will suffice.

This is a dup of bug 389920. Steps and error behaviour are exactly the same.
