It should be possible to compare two Review Items with each other to highlight the differences beween them.  This will be especially useful when changes are introduced to address a previous review (e.g. patch sets in the same gerrit review).  The comparison should should structural differences i.e. a list of all the files that are different, as well the differences within the file.

As an extension to this functionality, a new command should be introduced so the the results of the comparison could be added as a new review item to replace the other one.  That will allow for a nice iterative review flow.
