The current Windows slave is currently configured with dedicated resources for performance tests.  I suggest we leave it that way and simply provision a new slave for UI Tests with a couple of executors to handle more UI test jobs.

To make this happen faster, I'm wondering if we can clone the existing Windows VM, just buy another Windows license and apply it to the clone...

FWIW, we have 8G of RAM on build3, and that host only has 2 slaves on it.
