We need m2e.core 1.1 or higher in our developer TP, in order to solve some issues in bug #389785.

We need org/eclipse/m2e/core/project/configurator/AbstractProjectConfigurator.java

Switched to 1.2, both xtend&xtext is pushed.

We can't use m2e.core 1.1 or higher because of a conflicting dependency to org.eclipse.core.resources:osgi.bundle/[3.6.0,4.0.0). We want support galileo (3.5).
Set to enhancement, to be revisited later.

We now on Helios 3.6 . M2e 1.1 is in the developer TP
