This patch replaces gdk_window_get_pointer with gdk_window_get_device_position for GTK+ 3 and higher:

Patch affects only gtk3 runs and looks good according to documentation. Applied to master. http://git.eclipse.org/c/platform/eclipse.platform.swt.git/commit/?id=c159a9553ef0699a68dfd8ee6cae8e56f4b4ccb4
