In the markdown syntax, an empty line means that the following text have to be in a different paragraph.

For example the following comment contains 2 paragraph:
---
-- Module to process.
--
-- first paragraph
--
-- second one
--
-- @module paragraph

The expected HTML generated have to look like:
<p>first paragraph</p>
<p>second one</p>

but it is:
first paragraph</p>
<p>second one

The first p tag and the last one are missing.
