System: Ubuntu 12.04 amd64

Any attempt to open a perspective or a view consistently results in the following error, after which Eclipse becomes unresponsive and eventually crashes:

$ ~/dev/eclipse/eclipse
**
Gtk:ERROR:/build/buildd/gtk+2.0-2.24.10/gtk/gtkwidget.c:8836:gtk_widget_real_map: assertion failed: (gtk_widget_get_realized (widget))
$

I see this when trying to open different perspectives/views.

This makes Juno unusable.

Fixed in 4.3 M1.
