As per the comment in bug 317207 we still have various references to 'Fast Views' in Eclipse 4.x. The concept of 'Fast View' has been replaced with the ability to minimize a stack to the trim.

We should scrape the preference pages (if not the preferences themselves) to remove any references to 'Fast Views' (i.e. the 'Open New View as a Fast View' preference.
