Patch with changes at 'Parameters for the test executor'

At the chapter 'Parameters for the test executor' at the documentation of Jubula was a tip which point to a reference with more information about the language codes. I move this information and the associated link to the parameter 'Language' at the following table. Therefor I create a patch which I add as attachment.

Based on this comment, the IP is contained in the attachment, not the bug. I have put the iplog flag on the attachment and removed it from the bug.
