I20120808-2000 + EGit

Steps:
1. Minimize stack with History view
2. Open a file from git repository
3. In editor, Team > Show Annotations
=> History view shows up (not sure why, probably a bug in EGit)
=> The view's icon doesn't indicate the view has been restored (see screenshot)

Tomasz, I'll likely fix this along with bug 371598 (which I'm working on now). 

There should be *no way* for us to get the state of the TB buttons wrong, I intend to move the handling for this into the 'showStack' method...
