Currently, several classes are "duplicated" following the 2 kinds of comparison : nested and standalone.
It should be interesting to try to merge these classes using the comparison options to ignore some differences in the nested comparison.
+ add a parameter if it is necessary in the map options to distinguish these 2 cases.
