Steps to reproduce : 
	1/ use the example provided by the plugin oep.uml.compare.diff.tests : UMLStereotypeApplicationRemoval_1
	2/ compare the left file with the right file
	3/ merge the diff group from right to left (works fine if we take only the last diff)
		-> the steretoype application is merged twice
		-> one of the stereotype application doesn't have the correct XMI DI
		
	-> the problem is the same with UMLStereotypeApplicationAddition, merging from leftToRight

JUNit tests are provided by the classes UMLStereotypeApplicationRemoval_1 and UMLStereotypeApplicationAdditional in oep.uml.compare.diff.tests
