compare of two files with really long lines (text, not source code) does not 
wrap the lines, making it difficult to see differences.

Would be pretty hard to do since infrastructure isn't capable of dealing with wrapped lines.

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
