Bundle and feature versions should be updated to 3.9/1.1/1.8.

Did this correction by any chance broke the Husdon sandbox build (coupled with gerrit ?) 

I have rebase a change [1] on your commit, I get this console output [2] :

[FATAL] Non-resolvable parent POM: Could not transfer artifact org.eclipse.mylyn:org.eclipse.mylyn-parent:pom:3.9.0-SNAPSHOT from/to eclipse-mylyn-commons (${mylyn-commons-repository-url}): No connector available to access repository eclipse-mylyn-commons (${mylyn-commons-repository-url}) of type p2 using the available factories WagonRepositoryConnectorFactory and 'parent.relativePath' points at wrong local POM @ line 5, column 11

Thanks for rebasing the change. I published the parent pom and target files so the builds should be passing again. I have retriggered the code review build, please let me know in case it still failing.
