Translators complained about the English strings in (code) templates:
descriptions (e.g. iterate over array) should be translatable.

I fixed this for the code templates: You can use now '%key' in template
descriptions and template bodies. The lookup goes to the
'TemplateMessages.properties' file.
See default-codetemplates.xml as example.
