because it uses the class plugin editor

4 plugins have beed added
/org.eclipse.papyrus.dsml.validation.generation.ui ( the menu to create the validation plugin)
/org.eclipse.papyrus.dsml.validation.generator (the acceleo file to generate the plugin)
/org.eclipse.papyrus.dsml.validation.model (java classes use to gnerate the code and extension point)
/org.eclipse.papyrus.dsml.validation.wizard ( a subclasses of the wizard to create the validation plugin)

this task is not closed a documentation has to be written
