There should be a menu entry to create a basic build.xml that will compile the 
current project (taking into account current project properties such as build 
path etc). 

The template it uses to generate the file should be customisable. 

Possibly there should be several "basic" build.xml menu entries (covering 
different types of projects, such as webapps, ejbs etc).
