First version that allows registration of ne EPackages

An admin should be able to register new meta-models (EPackages) at server-runtime. For this purpose a user interface should be provided as an addition to the ClientUI. The sent EPackages are to be persisted, so that they are still available after a server-restart.

DynamicEMF patch 2

new version supports the registration of nested EPackages, EPackage-selection from a treeView and conforms to the new EMF-Store-UIConcepts.
