Before converting an EObject to String in function ModelUtil#eObjectToString(EObject object, ...) a full copying of all model elements is performed. This copying can be removed for improving performance.

Patch has been applied.  The copyIdEObjectCollection method has also been removed, since it isn't used anymore.
