Here is a contribution from one employee of Mia-Software, targeting future
Juno release. The company has signed a Member Commiter Agreement. The
contribution does not need a CQ (see bug 322327).

After applying this patch the maven phase on hudson, of pom-configure should be "compile", pom-finalize and pom-signing should use the "process-resources" phase.
