You have to make sure that the name of the folder where this product will be located is the same as the last segment of the value of the property apiuse.product (file org.eclipse.emf.facet.releng.tycho/nightly.properties)

I've created a folder named 'products' to stores product source files. The folder 'products' will contain one folder per product.
