I had two C projects in my workspace, one local, one synchronized. I used the "Convert to Fortran Project" on the synchronized project, and both projects were converted to Fortran.

This is a small patch, so I was able to commit it without a full IP review.  Thanks again, Lou.

Applied in master for Kepler GA.
