Please add the possibility to remove the 'quick access' button or to control his behavior.
I.ex. in 3.x I had the possibility to hide the fast viw switch using:
PrefUtil.getAPIPreferenceStore().setValue(IWorkbenchPreferenceConstants.DISABLE_NEW_FAST_VIEW, true);

In our application perspective access is controlled by user login/authentication, so is not possible to have view or perspectives switcher or fast access.
