Steps to Reproduce:
1.run eclipse, choose a new workspace
2.new a project, for example JAVA project

You can see two "Run" options on top menu

I can reproduce this bug on 2 different computer.
There are a lot of software on my machine,I can't list them all...
But I didn't install additional plug-in on eclipse

I guess Brian means which eclipse did you install, and which extra plugins?

ex, I see Mylyn and that's not in the eclipse-SDK-*.zip.

This is a very easy patch,only move:
page.setPerspective(perspective);  

from one line to another.
