This is commonly request in the forum -- the label which is drawn using org.eclipse.draw2d.ImageUtilities#createRotatedImageOfString, used to conserve diagram space in the BPMN- lanes-like figures. 

Diagram that uses such a figure should have automatically generated correct support for invoking inplace editor (obviously not vertical) associated with any kind of IParser.
