The history browser only works in context of a selected model element.  If none has been selected one of its labels tells the user to select a element from the Navigator component.  The Navigator is part of ECP, i.e. it is therefore unknown to the HistoryBrowser.  The label should be changed accordingly.

Add possibility to select project without ecp navigator

Added a link to the text. On click a Dialog pops up and you can select a project from the current local workspace, if it has a usersession attached.
i also commented out the disposal if a projectspace was set, because else you can't change the selected project.
