The TCF logger (tcflog) is missing interactive help. That does not help when attempting to use it.

Attached is a small patch on top of today's HEAD  (ed3813f9042f13f1de0a2d2e525b245fa1e22d12) which improves the situation.

I have taken the opportunity to add a small example text as well, to improve user experience.

The patch also adds -h option support for beginners such as me :)

Filing as normal since I don't think that looking at the code is a suitable workaround.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch tcflog with -h after building HEAD.
2. An error is reported but no indication as to what went wrong.

First version of the patch broke argument parsing. Attached is a V2 which does not have the problem.
