Plugin project with sources

Attached a plugin with appended example.
Function getDatasetValue(DATA_SET_NAME,ENTRY_KEY,COLUMN_NAME) returns value of referenced cell. Can be used for data cohesion/defining equivalence classes.

Verified, this has already been implemented in the nightly test execution.
