See bug 377365 comment 19.  We need to touch the org.eclipse.core.runtime.compatibility.registry fragment so that it gets rebuilt using the latest foundation signing certificate.  I was going to release a readme to the root of the project indicating this bug report to cause it to be updated.  Will also mean I need to update the bundle version to increment the micro version in Juno.
