Description Katrin Hofmann CLA 2012-05-02 08:04:59 EDT
Installation details:
- Eclipse for Testers 1.5.0.20120319-1306
- Jubula 1.2.1.201204271118
- Jubula Database Drivers 1.0.0.201106151822

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Functional Test Specification Perspective
2. Open Project
3. Open any Test Suite in Test Suite Browser
4. Rename Test Suite in Properties View
5. Save Test Suite

Update of Test Suite Name in Test Suite Editor and Test Suite Browser fails in most cases, but not in each case.
Comment 1 Katrin Hofmann CLA 2012-05-02 08:10:42 EDT
Same behavior for display of Test Suite Name in Window Title.
Comment 2 Katrin Hofmann CLA 2012-05-04 04:22:32 EDT
Bug also occurs in Eclipse SDK 4.2.0.I20120502-1800 (Juno M7 candidate).
Comment 3 Katrin Hofmann CLA 2012-05-04 06:26:18 EDT
Renaming of Test Cases in Properties View is concerned too.

This behavior still occasionally occurs in Juno M7 Eclipse for Testers.
Comment 5 Markus Tiede CLA 2012-05-11 10:45:54 EDT
This issue is not restricted to Juno - the specific steps to reproduce are:

1. Open Functional Test Specification Perspective
2. Open Project
3. Open any Test Suite in Test Suite Browser
4. Click in properties view in first row / into the value column
5. Enter a new name
6. Press ENTER to set the new name
7. Press CTRL+S to save TS
8. Press ENTER to edit the name again
9. Enter a "newer" name
10. Press Enter to set the "newer" name
11. Already now you can notice that the editor state does not reflect the latest rename to the "newer" name
12. When saving, e.g. by CTRL+S this change is also not persisted in the master session.
