Build Identifier: M20110210-1200

The method createServiceTunnelServerJob in the class ServiceTunnelServlet is privat, thus it can't be overridden. If changed to protected, a developer can create a custom server job for handling the service tunnel request.

Use case: setting the LocaleThreadLocale to the one provided by the service request.
