When you open a select ETypedElement dialog, the displayed element are not sorted by alphabetic order. 
Moreover the displayed order change from one opening to another one. It should be interesting that
the displayed element are sorted (the roots element AND their contents).

(1) I, Vincent Lorenzo, wrote 100% of the code I've provided.
(2) This code contains no cryptography
(3) I have the right to contribute the code to Eclipse.
(4) I contribute the content under the EPL.

Here is a patch which modify less than 250 lines (4).

I've committed this patch.
