To generate a link to the ToRGB plugin (which ships with Orion but is not installed by default), the "Get Plugins" page wants to know what the URL of your running Orion environment is. Then it can generate a link that actually points to the plugin on your own server.

In other words it wants the OrionHome variable. This should be passed to the "Get Plugins" page link.
