Description Alvaro Sanchez-Leon CLA 2012-04-04 09:33:52 EDT
When starting Eclipse and the R4E Navigator was used in a previous session,
the Navigator starts and reports an error pop-up indicating the some elements failed to load

Error
Some elements failed to load

This starting of Eclipse shall be protected from application pop-ups like this,
It shall be replaced by an indicator within the Navigator itself i.e. showing the groups in a disabled state in red, etc.
