We should improve the RAP based Admin Console in two areas:

* Design
* Usability

A couple of ideas:

- simplicity is better, get rid of the workbench (i.e., just RWT)
- simpler UI
- we know it really is for admin purposes
- use fixed categories instead of a tree

The current UI prototype has been merged into master and thus, should appear in builds soon.
