This is a new documentation plug-in about the new table.

I committed the documentation in revisions 1992-1999.

I also reworked the existing documentation so that the source files are better organized (not all at the root of each plug-in), to build the documentation in the same way locally and on Hudson, and to avoid broken references when installing only part of the documentation.
